Matt Lawrence - Owner

Matt Lawrence started his athletic career in Northern New Jersey while attending Don Bosco Prep  in Ramsey, NJ. He played football, basketball, and track. Matt’s true passion for football took him to the University of Rhode Island where he played for three years. After football, Matt began his full contact karate career. He had a 20-5 professional record including a World Title Fight in March 1983.

In 2006 Matt founded Ironman Fitness, a training facility in Exeter, NH, that provided athletes and adults with a place to train and where clients would be physically and mentally challenged while achieving their personal training goals. Matt is a CPPS Certified strength and conditioning specialist who has trained everyone from elite athletes to adults.

Todd Cambio

Todd is a Master Instructor for Spartan Race, a Spartan Running Specialist, a Spartan Obstacle Specialist, a Dad, a Football coach, a Foodie, a Beekeeper, a Presenter, an Author, a Beer Aficionado and is AKA "The RED Gorilla". What sums up Todd best is that he is a coach's coach.  He enjoys passing knowledge down and helping anyone ready to improve their fitness or their coaching abilities.  He is a strength and conditioning coach that specializes in sports performance training, hardstyle kettlebells and obstacle course/mud run racing. He believes in training the whole body from your fingertips to your toes optimizing one's athleticism.  Todd has over 20 years coaching experience and utilizes modalities such as: body weight, kettlebells, barbells, MONSTA tires, sledgehammers, sandbags, suspension training, speed and agility drills and even strongman equipment!
